Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt for a Return Authorization.

1. Returns/Exchanges without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Returns/Exchanges after 30 days of original receipt will not be accepted.
3. All Returns/Exchanges must be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition including all tags.
4. Items must be shipped back to Jeco’s in packaging that ensures the item will not be damaged in transit.
5. Jeco’s will not pay shipping for returns.
6. If an item does not meet the criteria above, a return may be denied, or be subject to a restocking fee.

Once a Return Authorization has been accepted, ship the product to the above address below.

Products must have a Return Authorization or will not be accepted.

Clearance Items

All clearance sales are final. We will not accept returns for any items bought on clearance.

Custom and Special Products

1. Customized items may not be accepted for return, depending on the customization. If accepted for return, there will be a restocking fee on these items. These include, but are not limited to, custom made rods, rigged lures, spooled reels and special order reels in uncommon colors.
2. Some items (such as electronics, recording devices, gyro binoculars, etc) and special/rush orders are subject to a restocking fee, or may not eligible for return due to the nature of the item.

Restocking Fee

Depending on the situation, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. See our policy above to determine whether a restocking fee will apply to your return, or contact our customer service department.

Gift Cards

Jeco’s Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. If you decide to return merchandise that you purchased using your Jeco’s Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your Jeco’s Gift Card. Please do not throw away your Jeco’s plastic Gift Card unless you are sure of your purchase.

Legal

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By doing business with Jeco’s Marine & Tackle and its affiliates, you agree to be bound by arbitration should any disputes arise.

Damages

What if damages are incurred while using products sold by Jeco’s? Not having control over the use of the products in this catalog, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
