Rupp Lok-Up's are an innovative patented locking pulley system that allows you to keep your outrigger clips, or teaser line perfectly positioned in your spread by eliminating "line creep" while trolling. Our innovative design is adaptable to various rigging setups and gives the locking trigger a positive "click" when locking and unlocking. Rupp Lok-Up's are compatible with a wide array of halyard line material and thicknesses, including mono, para-cord or nylon rope. This product has replaceable, serviceable locking components. Don't get fooled by Chinese made knock-offs! Available in single, double, triple and quad systems. Military grade bungee cord is optional. Bungee cord is 1/4" diameter.
